Attendance in all Unit Tests and Terminal Examination held during an academic year is compulsory. Attendance to Preparatory Examinations conducted for VII std and X Std students is also compulsory.
In all cases of absence from the Tests and Examinations leave must be previously obtained from the Principal/ Head Mistress. A medical certificate should be produced in case of illness.
Progress Report is issued at the end of tests and Terminal Examination. Answer scripts of the tests are also sent for perusal of the parents.
Pupils will not be allowed to sit for terminal and final examinations unless their fees have been paid in full before the examinations.
Results of the annual examination will be announced in April. These results are final in all cases.
In the case of a student who is detained in the same class at the end of the academic year, every effort will be made by the teacher to improve his / her standard.
Every pupil is expected to put in attendance for at least 80% of the number of working days during the school year failing which his / her promotion to the next higher class may be affected.
